Hello! This is Sam here and I’ve decided to start blogging hands on each week following my progress now that my Country Heat workout package has arrived! I want to start by sharing my before stats with all of you so we can follow my adventure week by week!
Country Heat Before Stats:
Date: September 20th, 2016
Weight: 192 pounds
Height: 5’10 (not that this will change!)
My goal weight is to get to 165 pounds before Christmas which gives me 3.5 months to accomplish this and lose just about 27 pounds. I would be happy if I could lose 20 pounds by this
I’m going to commit to following both the 21 day workout schedule and doing a workout 6 days a week and adding in some light cardio on the 7th day. I’m also going to be using the new FitBit Charge HR 2 to track how many calories I burn each workout and throughout the day.
I also have my Country Heat portion control containers to use along side the program and will try my best to follow the approved food list and commit to each workout.
I am most looking forward to doing the Country Heat dance workout dvds because I just love dancing and used to be into it as a teenager. I’m hoping this will be a great way for me to lose weight before my wedding day and look amazing in my long white dress! I haven’t even bought a wedding dress yet because I want to lose several dress sizes before even trying one on!
Today I will be doing the Country Swing workout and using my fitbit to track the calories I’ve burned during it. So far I am doing great with my diet and am using special tally sheets I got off of Etsy to keep me on track and the amount of containers I’m eating each day. I have a few birthday parties coming up this week but am going to stick to my diet either way and only eat fruit and no cake for me. I can’t indulge this soon into the game or I will just be on a negative path downwards from there. I plan on updating with my Country Heat week 1 results at the end of the week and try not to be obsessive each day by weighing myself constantly. Wish me luck!
